Sanchez M 50/500 is a combination medicine prescribed for the effective management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. This medicine contains Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets, specially formulated to improve blood sugar control in adults when diet and exercise alone are not enough.
